I have lost my Saray account password, how can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password to connect to your Saray account, we invite you to click on the “Forgotten password” link then to indicate the email address associated with your account.
You will then receive an automatic email to reset your password.

Is it possible to buy jewelry on the Saray website?
Certain Saray products are available for sale only in the United Arab Emirates and the mention “Add to cart” is present.
How do I place an order on the Saray website?
A selection of Saray products is available for sale on our website. When you have found the jewel you are looking for, click on “Add to cart” from the product sheet and then “proceed to checkout”.
For rings and bracelets, indicate the desired size.
You can then view, modify (including the desired quantity) or delete the content of your order by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right of each page of the website.
If you wish to proceed with the confirmation, click on “View cart”. After payment of your order, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.
Is it possible to know the stock status of the jewelry designs on the Saray website?
A selection of Saray products is available for sale on our website. If the “Add to cart” button is present, you can purchase this product from our website. Otherwise, it means that the product cannot be purchased from our online store or that it is temporarily unavailable. I can’t find the product I’m looking for on the Saray website. What to do ?
Some Saray Jewellery sold in our stores may not be displayed and available for sale on the Saray website. If you have any questions, you can contact us on the Instagram page or contact us on the number.

How can I cancel or modify my order placed on the Saray website?

How can I access my online purchase history?
Thanks to your Saray account, you can consult the history of your purchases made online at any time and view your invoices. To do this, log into your Saray account then click on “My Orders”.
I bought a piece of jewelry from the Saray website. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
To find out the status of your order placed on the Saray website, log into your Saray account. Click on “My Account”.
If the status of your order is “Payment pending”, your order has been registered and we are awaiting confirmation of payment from your bank.
If the status of your order is “In progress”, your order has been registered, the payment has been validated by your bank, and we are in the process of validating all the information of your order.
If the status of your order is “Confirmed”, your order and payment have been confirmed. The order is being prepared by the Saray team.
If the status of your order is “Shipped”, the package has been shipped to the delivery address provided during payment.
If the status of your order is “Canceled”, the order was canceled following your call to our Customer Relations Department or the payment was not approved by your bank.
You will also receive an email whenever the status of your order changes.

Does VAT apply to an online purchase on the Saray website?
U.A.E VAT of 5% is included in the selling price of our Saray Jewellery.
Is a purchase on the Saray website secure?
All orders placed on the www.sarayjewellery.com site are secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect your personal and payment data. Your banking information will not be recorded by Saray.
In addition, all payments on our website are secured by the 3D Secure system for the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. During payment, an additional step is added to verify the identity of the cardholder and thus validate the transaction.
For any questions relating to the 3D Secure procedure, we invite you to contact your bank.
When will I receive my invoice following an online purchase?
After ordering on the Saray website, you will receive an email awaiting validation. The invoice will be sent to you when the order is confirmed.
You will also receive the invoice in paper format, which will be placed in your package at the desired billing address. If you check the gift option, a non-valued order form will replace, in the package, the invoice indicating the price.
